Guest Speaker: Overviewing  Third Sector Government Relations from 1960s to present

We were delighted to present at the the Scholars Development Programme hosted by the Aziz Foundation. Aziz offer scholarships at Cambridge University and Oxford University for Muslim students active in British Muslim communities and interested in how the needs of these communities may be met through public policy work.

We were invited to present an introduction to the Third Sector to their current scholars who may well become dragon city hack no survey leading actors in the field. We outlined the academic debates surrounding definitions of the Third Sector, over-viewed its relationship with government from 1960 to present times, and provided a case study example of how grassroots organisations specifically can impact policy.
